Language

Operator

These terms of sale apply to paid subscriptions to gammonGo, an online backgammon study and analysis software, operated by Kévin Unger.

Purpose

gammonGo sells subscriptions giving access to digital features: a private study space and analysis (Premium), and management tools for organisers (Club Pro). Public sharing remains free.

The service involves no gambling: no stake, no bet, no cash prize, and gammonGo collects nothing on behalf of third parties.

Paddle, reseller and Merchant of Record

The sale is concluded with Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle collects the price, calculates and remits VAT, issues the invoice or receipt and provides payment-related support. The operator grants the licence to use the software.

Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) apply to the payment, in addition to these terms. In case of difference, the 14-day commercial refund guarantee described in the refund policy remains due.

Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included, on the Pricing page and at checkout. The VAT applicable in your country is calculated and shown by Paddle before payment.

The price that applies is the one displayed when you order; a price change affects an already-paid period only at renewal, after prior notice.

Order and payment

You order online from your account in three steps: choose the plan, enter payment details on Paddle's form, confirm. An e-mail from Paddle acknowledges the order and serves as the invoice.

Access to paid features opens as soon as payment is confirmed. By ordering, you request this immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal, except where the law maintains it; the 14-day commercial refund guarantee still applies.

Term, trial and renewal

The subscription is monthly or annual, depending on the plan chosen. It renews automatically for an identical period, at the price then displayed, until you cancel.

A free trial may be offered; its terms are shown before it starts. At its end, the paid subscription starts only if you asked for it.

Paddle sends you a reminder before each annual renewal and at the end of a trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, without reason or fee, from your settings or through the subscription management link in Paddle's e-mails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which you keep using until it ends.

The operator may terminate a subscription for serious breach of the terms of use, with a refund of the unused paid period.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal covers a purchase or the first payment of a subscription; it is lost for digital content supplied immediately with your express consent. In addition, a commercial guarantee refunds you on request for 14 days, with no condition of use. The conditions, the procedure and the model form are in the refund policy.

Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services and from the guarantee against hidden defects, regardless of any commercial guarantee. For any access problem, write to contact@gammongo.net.

Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Consumer mediation

After a written complaint left without a satisfactory answer, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The name and contact details of the operator's mediator will be published here once appointed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of the country where they live.

Changes

The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order; a change applies to a running subscription only at its renewal, after prior notice.
