Refund and withdrawal policy

This is a courtesy translation of the French original. In case of divergence, the French version prevails.

In short

Two protections add up: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and our 14-day commercial refund guarantee, with no condition of use and whatever your country. No sale is final during these 14 days. You can cancel at any time.

Statutory right of withdrawal

You may withdraw, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the purchase or of the first payment of a subscription. If a free trial comes before the first payment, the period runs from that payment.

Renewal payments do not reopen this period: to avoid them, cancel before the renewal date.

Because digital content is supplied right after payment with your express consent, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once access is opened, except where the law maintains it. The commercial guarantee below still protects you.

14-day commercial refund guarantee

In addition to the statutory right, and without restricting it, we fully refund on request a purchase or the first payment of a subscription within 14 days, even if you have used the service. This guarantee prevails over any more restrictive condition in Paddle's buyer terms.

How to request a refund

Use the refund request link in the receipt sent by Paddle, or write to contact@gammongo.net with the e-mail address of the order. The contact form is open without an account.

Paddle, reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund and pays it back to the payment method used, within 14 days at most of the accepted request.

After the 14 days

A subscription period already started is not refunded pro rata after the 14-day period, but you keep access until it ends. A charge caused by our error or by double billing is refunded.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your settings or through the management link in Paddle's e-mails; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the following subscription: [plan], ordered on [date], under the e-mail address [account e-mail address].

Name, date and signature (only if notified on paper).

Using this model is optional: any clear statement is enough.
